The kits include a piece of equipment and fun, easy activities to keep kids active and playing to reduce stress and boost mental wellness. They offer sports-specific activities, such as soccer and to test and develop skills, as well as recreation options using sidewalk chalk, beach ball, jump rope, and frisbee!
