Tess Kadian
Student Assistant
Tess Kadian is an alum of The Sports Institute’s Husky Fellowship, an internship offering UW student-athletes diverse experience and mentorship at the intersection of healthcare, academia, sports, business, and technology. Tess provides support for the communications at The Sports Institute. She is a junior studying journalism while also competing as a coxswain on the UW men’s rowing team and writing for the sports section of The Daily. Tess’ interests include both medical and sports writing. Tess grew up in West Bloomfield, Michigan where she spent time playing hockey and various water sports. She is passionate about increasing safety and accessibility in youth sports.
